Construction Continues....
Hands on knowledge in the framing of a residence is a skill that will never become obsolete. Technologies are always being upgraded but the methods continue to remain somewhat the same. Building Construction students show off their skills in the framing of the FPL RD home.

Robotics
Introducing Mr. Jim Falbo, our new EET lead instructor. Mr. Falbo comes from the Chicago area where he was an instructor at Joliet Junior College and the Grundy Area Vocational Center.
He has a MS degree in Training and Development. His industrial experience includes Commonwealth Edison's nuclear power station where he was responsible for testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of nuclear reactor safety controls and power systems.
His expertise is in robotics, programmable logic controllers, industrial controls and solar technologies. One of his coolest projects is his police surveillance robot. He is working with the HCC Criminal Justice department for local applications. Check it out at his web site

Jim will be teaching robotics in the 2011 spring semester as well an independent study class to build the surveillance robot.

New Welding Continuing Education Classes
